The work of CPQ Jr. Developers provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. Once You Are Here, You Will: — Develop custom solutions using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, Visual Force, SOSL, Service CLOUD Lightning Components, integrations to third party solutions etc.) — Develop solutions based on requirements with direction from SA, & work to unit test work from the entire team with Service CLOUD — Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment — Participate in daily stand ups, team status meetings, bug reviews and triaging and contribute information to status, risk, and issue reports, experince Cloud 39 Master | EAS - SFDC — Ensure functionality is delivered per the SOW. Identify deviations and communicate to project leadership. — Follow all project standard operating procedures (SOP) related to time reporting, DevOps, reporting status, updating PM/ticketing system for assignments, o bugs, events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc. — Implement enhancements, custom objects, & extensions including pleasing UI/UX screens. Utilize your expertise to address UI/UX requirements effectively in o the B2B Space to design cutting edge store fronts. Role & responsibilities Develop an SFCC practice organization wide, which includes following areas: This role is pivotal in developing and implementing best practices for SFCC across multiple accounts, ensuring consistency and excellence in our delivery. Develop, document, and implement best practices for SFCC implementation, operations, and conversions to/from other platforms. Lead the development of internal operation and engagement models for SFCC to ensure client success. Collaborate with senior technology leaders within organization's customer base to communicate strategies and practices effectively. Provide strategic direction and thought leadership across multiple SFCC accounts. Develop a team of highly competent SFCC developers and other roles as needed to implement SFCC Guide , Mentor and guide SFCC developers to elevate their technical skills and knowledge. Preferred candidate profile A highly experienced and strategic leader to head SFCC Technology Practice. The ideal candidate will be one of the top SFCC thought leaders in India, with a deep understanding of SFCC implementation, operations, including SFRA and PWAkit implementations.
