As a development Lead with expertise in Microsoft .Net C#, you will take charge of leading a client engagement alongside a team of developers to deliver cutting-edge solutions. The primary focus will be on leveraging the platform effectively to meet the client's requirements. This role holds significant importance and requires comprehensive experience in product development. With a hands-on experience of over 12 years in crafting solutions with Microsoft .Net, you are expected to showcase proficiency in C# .NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, KendoUI, BlazorUI, and Crystal Reports. A mandatory requirement is a minimum of 1 year of recent experience with BlazorUI. Your expertise should extend to JavaScript UI development using jQuery, React.JS, Angular, CSS, and HTML5. Unit testing using NUnit or a similar framework should be a part of your skill set. Additionally, you should possess a sound understanding of designing RESTful Web Services and have extensive experience working with relational databases, particularly MySQL and MSSQL. Familiarity with design patterns like Dependency Injection and Containers is essential. Proficiency in utilizing Git, Azure DevOps, or Jira for collaboration and version control is expected. To excel in this role, it is imperative to have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of independently managing client interactions worldwide. You should be a quick learner, adaptable to changing technologies, and capable of delivering within tight deadlines. Joining within 30 days is preferable, and holding an impeccable academic record from a reputable college is a prerequisite.
