Its a remote role Salary : Upto 4 LPA based on experience Job Overview: We are looking for a Level 1 Network Engineer to provide first-line support for our network infrastructure. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating issues while assisting senior engineers in maintaining a reliable and secure network environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor network systems and respond to alerts or incidents. Perform basic troubleshooting of connectivity, routing, and hardware issues. Handle user-reported network access and VPN issues. Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 engineers. Assist in applying patches, updates, and routine maintenance. Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and ticket updates. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). Basic knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN. Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco/Juniper knowledge is a plus). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in shifts (if required). Preferred Certifications (Optional): CompTIA Network+ CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
