Cloud AWS Engineer

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using

  AWS services

  (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, VPC, etc.)

• Implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  using tools such as

  Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline

  .
• Manage and automate infrastructure using

  Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

  .
• Monitor performance, availability, and security of applications using

  CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools

  .
• Configure and maintain

  containerized applications

  using

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes (EKS)

  .
• Work closely with development teams to enable

  continuous integration and continuous delivery

  .
• Ensure infrastructure follows

  best practices

  for scalability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization.
• Manage

  access controls, secrets, and compliance

  under AWS IAM and related security frameworks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform

  root cause analysis (RCA)

  .
• Participate in

  infrastructure design reviews, disaster recovery planning, and automation initiatives

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a

  Cloud / DevOps Engineer

  with a focus on

  AWS

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  AWS core services

  (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, etc.).
• Proficiency in

  Linux administration

  and shell scripting (Bash/Python).
• Experience with

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  tools -

  Terraform

  preferred.
• Knowledge of

  containerization and orchestration

  (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

  - Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Understanding of

  networking fundamentals

  ,

  security best practices

  , and

  monitoring tools

  .
• Experience with

  version control (Git)

  and

  collaboration workflows (branching, merging, PRs)

  .

Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills

• AWS Certification (e.g.,

  AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate

  or

  DevOps Engineer Associate

  )
• Familiarity with

  Python scripting

  for automation.
• Exposure to

  multi-account AWS setup

  and

  cost optimization strategies

  .
• Knowledge of

  logging and observability

  tools (ELK Stack, CloudWatch Logs, Datadog).
• Understanding of

  DevSecOps

  and security automation.

Education

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  .
• Relevant

  AWS or DevOps certifications

  will be an added advantage.

• 4+ years of experience

• BE/B.Tech in CS or IT/ MCA
