Cloud AWS Administrator - L3

Role Overview: As a Cloud AWS Administrator at Wipro, your role involves providing significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup, etc.) and managing its day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud Services and AWS, including cloud migration experience. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, FinOps principles, and DevSecOps tooling is essential. Additionally, you should have strong troubleshooting skills in cloud performance and application-level issues. Key Responsibilities: - Forecast talent requirements and hire adequate resources for the team - Train direct reportees for recruitment and selection decisions - Ensure compliance to onboarding and training standards for team members - Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to direct reports - Lead engagement initiatives, track team satisfaction scores, and identify engagement-building initiatives - Manage operations of the tower, ensuring SLA adherence, knowledge management, and customer experience - Deliver new projects timely, avoiding unauthorized changes and formal escalations Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in multi-cloud environments - Hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud Services and AWS - Experience with cloud migration, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines - Knowledge of FinOps principles, DevSecOps tooling, and DevOps practices - Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud performance and application-level issues About the Company: Wipro is an end-to-end digital transformation partner with ambitious goals.
