Leads requirements gathering efforts of the software team to ensure that customer and divisional needs are met. Manages interactions between team stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration. Writes code to address challenging aspects of the project. Writes the standard documentation used to translate project needs into software design specifications. Assists in creating overall architecture for various software systems. Corrects challenging defects found through QA software testing and systems testing. Supports field test personnel after development with issues not addressed by software engineers in lower levels. Often coaches and advises other engineers. Strong understanding of data modelling principles and the ability to design and implement complex data models . Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Data Cloud implementations. Experience with JavaScript , SSJS (server side), HTML, and CSS for customizations and integrations. Proficiency in Apex and LWC for customization and development within Salesforce. Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data, AMPScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events . Deep understanding of website personalization using Marketing Cloud Personalization including sitemap development. Excellent analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns for better performance. Ability to lead and mentor junior developers. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
