As a Sales Specialist at Cisco, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing digital transformation of the Indian enterprise sector. You will focus on key areas such as Cloud adoption, Advanced Analytics, AI, IoT, Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, and Information Security. Your primary responsibility will be to build the Cisco Security Business pipeline and achieve the Security Annual targets within the large enterprise segment. Leading Large Customer Engagement with CISO-level conversations within Cisco's top enterprises and conglomerates will be a significant part of your role. You will support Sales Account Management (AMs) as a Cyber Security Sales Specialist in large complex projects, including Zero Trust Architecture, Securing cloud workloads, transforming SOC, Microsegmentation, and others. Understanding client/sector requirements, mapping Cisco Security products & services, and building a Solution Stack for Sales Account Managers will be essential tasks. Having a good understanding of NIST, CERTIN guidelines, MITRE ATT&CK framework, OT Security, and Cisco Security products will be crucial. You should also be well-engaged with Tier-1 & Tier-2 System Integrators. Driving Cisco Security product sales within the commercial segment in Manufacturing, PSU, ITeS, Digital Native, and Pharma sectors will be a key focus area. You will collaborate with various teams within Cisco, including the GSSO SE team, Account Managers, Product Engineering BU across verticals, Regional SE Team, and Regional Channel Team. With 8-10 years of experience in Security OEM/Service Provider Environment, you should have a strong background in managing Sales/Pre-Sales/Product Management functions. A good understanding of business scenarios with solution expertise to formulate a realistic and executable strategy for Security adoption among enterprises is essential. You should possess a blend of technology expertise across various cybersecurity vendors, enterprise networks, data centers, cloud networking, and Information systems security.
