As a Fashion Designer at BOHCREATION, you will play a crucial role in creating original clothing designs that align with the brand's identity and seasonal themes. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research and trend forecasting to inspire designs and maintain competitiveness. - Sketching designs either by hand or using CAD software and presenting concepts to the creative team. - Selecting fabrics, trims, and color palettes for each collection. - Working closely with pattern makers and sample makers to develop prototypes. - Making adjustments to designs based on feedback, fit sessions, and manufacturing limitations. - Attending fittings, overseeing sample production, and ensuring final products meet quality standards. - Collaborating with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive branding. - Managing deadlines and working efficiently through all stages of the design cycle. Qualifications required for this role include a strong creative vision, proficiency in design software, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
