Job Role: Store Manager & Sales Expert – Mangal Murti Saree Job Timings: 10:00 AM – 9 PM We are looking for an experienced Store Manager & Sales Expert to join our team at Mangal Murti Saree. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize shop displays according to current trends and seasonal collections. Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and suggest sarees that match their taste and preferences. Provide styling advice, including saree draping methods and blouse design suggestions. Assist with folding, packing, and maintaining saree stock as required. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in sarees, lehengas, or ethnic wear (dresses).( Fashion Designer Preferred) Strong customer interaction and sales skills. Knowledge of fashion trends and styling in ethnic wear will be an added advantage. Compensation: Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹27,000 (based on experience and performance in interview) Additional incentives available on sales and performance Hindi पद: स्टोर मैनेजर एवं सेल्स एक्सपर्ट – मंगल मूर्ति साड़ी कार्य समय: सुबह 10:00 बजे – रात 9 बजे हम मंगल मूर्ति साड़ी में अपनी टीम के लिए एक अनुभवी स्टोर मैनेजर एवं सेल्स एक्सपर्ट की तलाश कर रहे हैं। मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ: दुकान के डिस्प्ले को मौजूदा ट्रेंड और सीज़न के अनुसार व्यवस्थित और प्रबंधित करना। ग्राहकों से बातचीत करना, उनकी आवश्यकता को समझना और उनके स्वाद के अनुसार साड़ी सुझाव देना। साड़ी पहनने के विभिन्न ड्रेपिंग स्टाइल्स और ब्लाउज़ डिज़ाइन के बारे में सलाह देना। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर साड़ी को फोल्ड करना, पैक करना और स्टॉक संभालना। योग्यता: कम से कम 2 साल का अनुभव साड़ी, लहंगा या एथनिक ड्रेस (इंडियन वियर) की बिक्री में। ग्राहकों से संवाद और बिक्री करने की अच्छी क्षमता। एथनिक वियर से जुड़ी फैशन ट्रेंड्स और स्टाइलिंग का ज्ञान होना लाभदायक होगा। वेतन: वेतन सीमा: ₹13,000 – ₹27,000 (अनुभव और इंटरव्यू के आधार पर) अतिरिक्त इंसेंटिव भी उपलब्ध।
