Should have 4 years of relevant work experience Have understanding and experience in preparing Information Memorandums, Credit Memos, and other loan documentation to facilitate debt closure Hands on knowledge on developing a financial model based on projects and on different scenarios Well versed in cash flow modelling, assessing credit risk, managing covenants, and industry research Experience of working on credit products related to corporate and project finance transactions including information memorandum, transaction note, credit memo, underwriting memo, bank notes, macro-economic overview, debt maturity profiles, financial operational benchmarking, ratio analysis, capital structure analysis, among others Should have experience in preparing company profiles, peer comparison/ benchmarking , trading transaction comps, financial analysis of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and evaluation of financial ratio Market Data Sources: Should have an experience in Bloomberg, CapIQ, Factset, Loan Connector Education: Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance) Bachelor in Commerce
