This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role located in Agra for Luxury Projects with a focus on real estate sales. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales activities. You should hold a minimum 10+3 Years diploma or Bachelor's degree in any stream, along with at least 5 years of experience in hardcore real estate sales. Team handling experience is a must, as well as possessing a strong Channel Partner Network. A solid understanding of real estate industry practices, trends, and regulations is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to confidently interact with high-end customers. You must also have good presentation and closure skills and be a go-getter. Being a quick learner, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and driving the team to reach sales targets. Having a vehicle (2 or 4 wheeler) and being ready to travel to multiple projects and client places is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is expected. Your responsibilities will include driving the team for channel partner networking, BTL activities, achieving calling targets, fixing up site visits and client meetings, lead management, and convincing clients on property investments and their benefits. You will also manage channel partners end to end, generate leads and site visits, as well as referrals from existing customers. Additionally, you will suggest the best property to clients based on their requirements and budget, follow up meticulously with team members and clients, and participate in property exhibitions to generate a database of prospective home buyers. Your role will involve working towards accomplishing self and team targets, executing agreements within stipulated time frames, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, prospecting, generating leads, and engaging in effective communication to pitch and sell products or services. You should aim to achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective negotiation and closing techniques. Collaboration with the team to strategize and implement sales plans, providing regular updates and feedback on market trends is also vital.
