As a Product Manager specializing in Paid Social and Influencer Marketing within the retail media ecosystem, your primary responsibility will be to execute and shape the product vision aligning with Social Commerce and Retail Media strategies. You will lead the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery for new capabilities, including retailer handle integration, performance tracking, platform integrations, and measurement for social commerce at retailers. It will be essential to partner with Social Commerce platform teams to scale paid social programs on platforms like Meta, Tiktok, Google, and Pinterest, enabling self-service paid social automation. Additionally, you will drive integration strategies for influencer content across various channels, leveraging first-party data and creator content effectively. Collaborating with Measurement Products and Analytics teams, you will focus on developing measurement frameworks demonstrating ROI and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Account Teams to create value propositions and client enablement tools. Monitoring market trends and competitors will also be crucial to identify new product opportunities and maintain competitive differentiation in the retail media landscape. You should possess a minimum of 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on social media advertising and/or influencer marketing. An understanding of the retail media ecosystem and experience working with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business, and Google Ads is required. Familiarity with first-party data activation, identity resolution, closed-loop measurement, strong analytical skills, and strategic thinking are essential for this role. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver products in fast-paced, agile environments, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, will be key to success. Preferred qualifications include experience in retail, CPG brands, ad tech/martech platforms, familiarity with ad serving, DSPs, or media buying platforms, and background in influencer content moderation, creator partnerships, or UGC compliance. Knowledge of emerging trends in social commerce, shoppable media, and creator economy dynamics will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree is required, with product management certifications and training considered a plus. Key Roadmap Targets for 2025 and beyond include automated campaign publishing to social platforms, self-serve campaign management for Paid Social campaigns, and self-serve order management and intake for Influencer campaigns.,
