We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) , to join our team in Chennai. This role is critical for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can provide accurate financial insights, ensure data integrity, and drive operational efficiencies through comprehensive financial analysis to support our leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Conduct Budget vs. Actual variance analysis and prepare related reports. Support global revenue tracking and ensure timely updates for leadership teams. Consolidate financial data from various regions and business units for global reporting. Assist in forecasting, annual budgeting , and quarterly reforecasting processes. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error checks to enhance reporting accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and financial analysis. Prepare and manage cash flow statements to support financial planning. Assist in preparing management presentations with financial summaries and visualizations. Develop dashboards and ad-hoc financial reports as required. Job Requirements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel ( VLOOKUP , Pivot Tables , Macros preferred). Basic working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP . Ability to design and maintain basic Power BI dashboards and reports. Good understanding of financial concepts like budgeting , forecasting , variance analysis , and revenue recognition . Qualifications A minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification in financial management or accounting is preferred. Strong leadership acumen with a track record of managing finance teams effectively.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to join our Finance & Accounts team, focusing on Record to Report (RTR) processes. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with US Accounting standards . You'll play a vital part in our international accounting operations, collaborating with various teams and supporting audits. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly general ledger accounting functions . Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in accordance with US Accounting principles. Reconcile balance sheet accounts , investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy. Assist in the monthly and year-end closing processes , ensuring all deadlines are met. Maintain supporting documentation for all GL entries and reconciliations . Perform intercompany accounting, reconciliation, and confirmations . Handle fixed asset accounting , including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals. Support external and internal audits with accurate and timely information. Assist in financial statement preparation and variance analysis . Work closely with AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) , and other cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements . Qualifications Proven experience in a Record to Report (RTR) focused accounting role. Strong understanding and experience with US Accounting principles. Demonstrated ability to prepare and reconcile financial accounts. Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes. Familiarity with intercompany accounting and fixed asset management. Knowledge of internal controls and SOX requirements . Skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel . Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
