Role Description This is an on-site full-time Service Engineer role based in Pune or PAN India. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support, maintaining and repairing welding equipment, and performing field service tasks. The role also involves ensuring high-quality customer service and effective communication with clients to address their technical needs. Qualifications Skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support Experience with Field Service tasks and Maintenance & Repair of equipment Strong Communication and customer service skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred Experience in welding technology or related industries is advantageous
