Role & responsibilities • Design and execute test cases for SAP SCM modules including MM, SD, EWM, and MDG. • Validate scenarios such as PO creation, vendor setup, catalog owner detection, commodity code classification, ECC uploader integration, and emergency PO types. • Perform regression, UAT, and automated testing using tools like HP ALM, Tricentis Tosca, UFT. • Ensure end-to-end testing of ITM processes including service request creation and fulfillment. • Participate in defect triage, RCA, and resolution tracking using structured methodologies.
