Pathway engineering by over-expression of genes, knock-out studies, Stable genomic integration, upregulation and downregulation etc. Well versed with various techniques like Gibson assembly, CRISP-Cas9. Day to day responsibilities include carrying out experiments related to molecular biology like PCR, plasmid isolation, horizontal and vertical gel electrophoresis, western blotting, bioanalytical techniques, culture, and maintenance of microbes.
