We are looking for resourceful, motivated, and growth-driven Business Development Executives (both experienced professionals and freshers) to help us expand into global IT markets and strengthen client relationships. For Experienced Professionals Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in IT services and solutions. Handle international client communication via email, chat, audio/video calls, Skype, and other channels. Write compelling proposals, bids, and documentation for platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and other lead-generation tools . Generate, nurture, and convert leads for services like Web Development, PHP, ASP.NET, Python, Mobile Apps, CMS, AI/ML, and Cloud solutions . Prepare effort estimations, project proposals, and quotations for clients. Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and account management. Explore up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Expected Qualities & Skills: Proven experience in IT sales, proposal writing, and client acquisition . Strong expertise in international communication and presentation skills . Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Craigslist and related tools. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with flexibility in work schedules . Requirements: Degree in B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc (IT), Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields . Strong interest in business development, IT sales, and client engagement . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required. Good problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills .
