Job Description

As a CLM Analyst - Trade, you will be responsible for client service and operational execution tasks. Your role will involve controlling risk and enhancing controls in alignment with rules and regulations. You will need to follow well-defined procedures, make judgments based on practice and previous experience, and ensure operational efficiency. To excel in this role, previous experience in ACAMS and other KYC certifications, presentation skills, stakeholder management skills, country-specific KYC CDD guidelines, and account maintenance activities will be beneficial. Key essential skills that may be assessed for success in this role include risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills. This position is based in Chennai. **Purpose of the role**: To provide support to PBWM with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution. **Accountabilities**: - Support Private Bank and Wealth Management initiatives by processing, reviewing, reporting, and resolving issues related to accounts, products, and services. - Manage client relations to identify needs and deliver services that meet expectations. - Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate processes. - Identify areas for improvement, provide recommendations for change, and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks. - Develop reports and presentations on performance, communicate findings to internal stakeholders, and implement best practices. - Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. **Analyst Expectations**: - Perform activities in a timely and high-standard manner, driving continuous improvement. - Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise. - Lead and supervise a team, guide professional development, allocate work, and coordinate resources. - Take responsibility for operational processing, escalate breaches, embed new policies/procedures, advise decision-making, and manage risk. - Maintain understanding of own sub-function, integrate with function, and contribute to the organization's objectives. - Resolve problems, guide team members, communicate complex information, act as a contact point for stakeholders, and build a network of contacts.
