About the Role We are seeking a generalist data scientist with strong Python skills who can work independently on projects involving: Data cleaning, Data analysis and modelling, and Dashboard design and development The role will focus on working on projects in the electric vehicle, battery, and ocean technology domains. The candidate will be expected to take ownership of deliverables with guidance from the leadership team and may also assist in supervising 1–2 junior interns. The specifics of the role are as follows: Type : Full-time, Remote Compensation : INR 3.6-6 LPA Experience Required : Minimum 1 year Education : No specific degree required Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end data workflows (cleaning, analysis, modelling, dashboards). Develop data-driven insights for EV, battery, and ocean tech projects. Collaborate with leadership for project design and execution. Provide support and mentorship to junior interns when required. Desired Skills Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in data workflows. Strong ability to communicate and express/brainstorm on ideas. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Ability to use agentic tools is desirable but not mandatory. Prior exposure to EV, battery, or climate-tech domains is desirable but not mandatory.
