Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee clinical trial activities related to eye care research projects.
• Manage patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data management throughout the trial process..
• Taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature etc.
• Provide support for protocol development and study design.
• Prepare and maintain schedules of the ethics committee and academic cell.
• Prepare flyers of various programs of the ethics committee and academic cell.
• Arranging for hospital admission and laboratory services and other services

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and adherence to strict protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
