Key Responsibilities

• Perform wellness and aesthetic therapy treatments as per company protocols.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable therapies and services.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, professionalism, and client service.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before each session.
• Ensure proper documentation of client details and treatment history.
• Educate clients about post-treatment care and wellness maintenance.
• Collaborate with doctors and other wellness professionals to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Certification in Beauty, Wellness, Spa, or Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a wellness clinic, spa, or aesthetic center.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
• Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, and client-centric approach.
• Knowledge of wellness and aesthetic procedures preferred.
