Job Description

Responsibilities:

Document patient history, symptoms, and physical exam findings during clinical visits
Accurately input provider’s assessment and treatment plans into the electronic health record (EHR)
Review and update patient charts and follow-up information
Assist in maintaining compliance with legal and ethical documentation standards
Work closely with physicians and healthcare staff in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
