Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate II to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with a background in clinical research.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Conduct site monitoring visits according to protocol requirements.
  • Collaborate with investigators and other stakeholders to ensure study compliance.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to study conduct.
  • Prepare and submit reports on study progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Proven experience in clinical research, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and other relevant technologies.
