The Nursing Care Analyst in Nursing and Patient Care Services holds the responsibility of analyzing and interpreting complex data elements to identify outcomes that aim to maximize safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care. This role involves designing and implementing computerized data collection systems, as well as conducting data trending, interpretation, and analysis of various nursing and clinical processes.
