Clinical Pharmacologist - Fresher

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Clinical Pharmacologist to join our pharmacy and patient care team at Craft Hospital Kodungallur Kerala.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of pharmacology principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assist in the administration of prescribed medications
• Monitor drug efficacy, interactions, and side effects
• Maintain accurate drug records and reports
• Collaborate with doctors and nursing staff for optimal patient care
• Provide patient education on proper medication use
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
