Miscellaneous: - Assisting the Consultant and documenting clinical findings. - Participating in ward rounds with consulting staff as needed and being available to discuss patient treatment plans. - Providing medical services within the hospital based on a roster schedule. - Updating admitting consultants on any changes in the patients" medical condition and the actions taken. - Following consultants" instructions for each patient's specific treatment regime. - Adhering to all relevant procedures and policies and being familiar with the center and company clinical policies. - Reporting clinical incidents, drug errors, and near misses as part of the clinical risk program. - Participating in clinical audits and contributing to the implementation of clinical governance.
