Job Description

1) Clinical Hypnotherapist

Required:

  • Certification/Diploma in Hypnotherapy from a recognized institution
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-centred approach
  • Ability to create a safe therapeutic environment

Preferred:

  • Experience working in mental-health / wellness settings
  • Knowledge of NLP, CBT techniques or counselling skills
  • Registration with a professional hypnotherapy board (if applicable)

2) Career Counsellor

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology / Career Guidance / Human Development / Education or related field
  • Certification in Career Counselling (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to connect with students, parents, and working professionals
  • Empathy, active listening, and non-judgmental approach
  • Knowledge of modern career trends and skill pathways

Preferred

  • Experience in school/college counselling or career guidance centres
  • Familiarity with globally recognized assessments (MBTI, DMIT, psychometric tests, etc.)
  • Knowledge of admission processes, scholarships & overseas education (if relevant)

3) Child Psychologist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological evaluations for children & adolescents
  • Provide individual counselling and therapy sessions
  • Develop tailored treatment plans for behavioural, emotional, and developmental concerns
  • Address issues such as:
  • Anxiety & mood concerns
  • Behavioural issues (defiance, aggression, tantrums)
  • Learning difficulties
  • ADHD/Autism-related behavioral support
  • Social & peer challenges
  • Trauma, bullying, grief, separation anxiety
  • Administer and interpret psychological tests:
  • IQ test
  • Developmental assessments
  • Behavioural checklists
  • Learning difficulty screening tools
  • Maintain accurate case notes and reports
  • Plan and conduct parental counselling & family support sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, paediatricians, and therapists (OT, speech therapist, special educator)
  • Conduct child development awareness programs/workshops
  • Ensure ethical practice and child-safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Master’s or PhD in Clinical/Child/Developmental Psychology
  • Training/experience in child counselling & assessments
  • Strong understanding of child development & behaviour
  • Excellent communication & observation skills
  • Empathy, patience, and child-friendly approach
  • Knowledge of therapeutic approaches (CBT, Play therapy, Behaviour therapy)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
