Role Overview:

Clinical Head Dentist

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure compliance with Clove Dental’s clinical and quality standards.
  
• Mentor and guide a team of dentists and clinical staff to achieve clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
  
• Review and ensure adherence to treatment protocols, sterilization, and infection control guidelines.
  
• Conduct clinical audits and case reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  
• Provide support in handling complex clinical cases and patient escalations.
  
• Facilitate continuous learning and skill development among clinic teams.
  
• Collaborate with the Quality, Training, and Operations teams to drive clinical performance.
  
• Ensure clinic productivity and quality goals are met.
  
• Represent the clinic cluster in clinical meetings and contribute to organizational improvement initiatives.

• Strong clinical expertise across general and specialty dentistry procedures.
  
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  
• In-depth understanding of dental clinic operations and patient care management.
  
• Ability to handle escalations and resolve patient concerns effectively.
  
• High focus on ethics, quality, and continuous improvement.
  
• Proficiency in digital tools and dental software (preferred).
  

Eligibility:

• BDS with minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience.
  
• MDS preferred (any specialization).
  
• Prior experience in managing or leading a dental team/clinic is an added advantage.
