To excel in this position, you should possess a Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Skin Therapy. Prior experience as a skin therapist or in a similar role would be advantageous. A strong knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatments is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a professional attitude and grooming, are desired qualities.
