As a Market Development Manager in the Urology division at Boston Scientific, you will play a crucial role in achieving therapy development objectives and supporting the Uro lines of business to meet desired sales objectives. Your responsibilities include collaborating with Sales personnel for comprehensive coverage, conducting sales team training programs, analyzing competitor activities, and working with the Service Engineer/s to sign service contracts. You will also drive equipment applications in BSC installations, engage with key opinion leaders, and assist in formulating marketing strategies to engage customers segment-wise. Furthermore, you will partner in implementing marketing programs, identifying opportunities in potential accounts, and ensuring tenders are locked in with specifications to win deals. We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business or sciences and a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical therapy development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling high-value products, existing relationships within the healthcare industry, and strong communication skills. Additionally, strategic thinking, project management, problem-solving abilities, and clinical aptitude in Urology are essential for this role. You should possess a solid understanding of healthcare regulations, the OT environment, and the ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally.
