Position Overview:

We are seeking a Clinical Dietician proficient in Tamil and Hindi to join our Patient Support Program (PSP) team. The ideal candidate will provide teleconsultation, nutritional guidance, and patient counseling to ensure better health outcomes and adherence to prescribed therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic consultations with patients in Tamil and Hindi to provide diet and nutrition counseling.
• Assess patients’ dietary habits, medical conditions, and lifestyle to create personalized nutrition plans.
• Support PSP patients by monitoring adherence, progress, and therapy outcomes.
• Educate patients on balanced diets, disease-specific nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
• Document all consultations and update patient records in the system.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure holistic patient support.
• Participate in training sessions and ensure compliance with process protocols and data privacy guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition / Food Science.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical dietetics, patient counseling, or healthcare process (Fresher with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Fluency in Tamil and Hindi (English communication preferred).
• Excellent patient communication and empathy skills.
• Comfortable working on teleconsultation and healthcare platforms.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition for chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, cardiac, obesity, etc.).

Work Details:

• Work Mode: Wagle Estate, Thane West
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
