Perform Clinical Data Management and/or Coding activities, and may provide leadership either in the role of the Lead Coder or in a specific CDM task (e.g. Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) or lead a coding related task on a mega trial). In-depth knowledge of medical dictionaries used for coding (e.g., MedDRA, WHODD etc.). Understanding of the Data Management process from study start-up through to database lock. Essential Functions • Serve independently as a Clinical Data Coder and/or Lead Coder or DOC for one or more protocols. • Manage delivery of coding activities and/or stand alone coding projects through full study life-cycle (with minimal guidance). • Validates/tests the coding application and programming of coding reports • may also test coding related datasets, coding related edits or any coding related programming activities. • Perform comprehensive data management and coding related tasks including, conducting data review and writing and resolving data clarifications. • Manage coding related project timelines with guidance from the DOC or Data Team Lead (DTL) or Manager. • Perform Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation activities. • May serve as a back-up for a Lead Coder, DOC or DTL. • Perform comprehensive quality control procedures, Assist in implementing new technology. • Independently bring coding and project related solutions to the DM team. • Handle audit requirements for respective studies including stand-alone coding projects as applicable. • Understand and comply with core operating procedures and work instructions. • Perform other duties as directed by the study team or Manager, or meet objectives as assigned • Develop and maintain good communication and working relationship with the team. RSM's National Healthcare Consulting practice is hiring for a Healthcare Systems Implementation Consultant who will participate in all aspects of the systems implementation life cycle related to the integration of leading healthcare IT applications. This work will include defining customer requirements, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. In addition, this role will support strategic IT projects such as IT systems assessments, software selections, and roadmap development. Responsibilities: Implement leading packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate healthcare business and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business needs such as Epic, Cerner, and Solventum (3M) solutions. Deploy innovative healthcare industry-specific solutions Assess current state workflow and work with the implementation team to validate proposed future state fits with overall project objectives Identify, assess, and solve complex business integration problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Work interactively with clients and client team members to configure, test, and validate the software application environment Contribute to IT systems assessments and software selection projects Train client personnel on new processes/systems Travel as needed. Travel will be limited initially but may increase and include international travel to support system implementation efforts Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management, or a similar program. Minimum of four years' experience with systems implementation projects and assessments. Direct experience with the implementation of software in a healthcare setting Prior consulting experience Experience with leading electronic health records systems (e.g. Epic, Cerner) Experience with Clinical Coding, and Clinical Documentation (e.g. Solventum (3M) 360 Encompass) is a plus Experience with Patient Engagement and CRM solutions is a plus

Sound technical knowledge in coding tool set up and implementation process. Experience in Coding set up activities and UAT. Experience in dictionary up-version and reversion process. Experience in defining coding specification, Dictionary schema and Auto coding algorithms preferred. Sound Knowledge in Data management activities and depending on coding deliverables in DBL process. Experience in DB QC and UAT process. Experience in attending national / international meetings representing DM / Coding.
