Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hospitals/clinics and doctors for audio recording sessions

• one audio file per consultation

• consent, privacy, and compliance protocols

• Maintain basic encounter details (date, language, specialty, setting, etc.)

• Ensure audio quality captures both doctor and patient clearly

• Upload and organize collected audio files as per project instructions

Eligibility Criteria

• 3rd or 4th year medical / paramedical / nursing / allied health students

• prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or medical fieldwork

• Familiarity with clinical environments and patient interaction etiquette

• Comfortable working inside OPD/IPD settings

• Ability to follow strict ethical and confidentiality guidelines

• Basic understanding of clinical workflows

• Attention to detail while recording audio
