Clinical Associate - CVTS

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Clinical Associate CVTS at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, a renowned multi-speciality tertiary care hospital in Mumbai. In this role, you will assist in cardiac surgeries and clinical research, providing effective clinical assessment and support in a technologically advanced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in cardiac surgeries and procedures under the guidance of senior cardiovascular surgeons. - Contribute to clinical research projects aimed at enhancing cardiac healthcare outcomes. - Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment plans. - Implement infection control measures to ensure a sterile and safe clinical environment. - Perform and assist in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and basic life support during emergency situations. - Maintain proper documentation of patient records and surgical procedures following hospital protocols. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering necessary care instructions and support. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care and enhance hospital service standards. Qualifications Required: - MBBS + MS General Surgery qualification is mandatory. - Experience in clinical research to contribute to the advancement of cardiac treatment methodologies. - Proficient in cardiac surgery assistance to provide systematic support to cardiovascular surgeons. - Strong clinical assessment skills to evaluate patient conditions and plan appropriate treatment paths. - Thorough understanding of infection control practices to maintain a sterile and safe clinical environment. - Certification in basic life support to deliver immediate aid in life-threatening situations. - Competency in managing acute care scenarios, ensuring timely and effective health interventions. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate efficiently with medical professionals across disciplines.,
