The Medical Staff Department at our organization is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of work experience and hold a qualification of MBBS, DNB/MD (Anaesthesia) or DNB/MD (Pediatrics). As a member of our medical team, you will be expected to maintain a professional approach when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include providing medical cover for routine and emergency cases during your duty hours, collaborating with other specialties within the institute, and ensuring adherence to clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols. Additionally, you will be required to actively participate in classroom and bedside teaching programs for postgraduate students and RMOs, identify complex health problems and promptly report them to the concerned doctor, and supervise postgraduate students under the guidance of Consultants. You will also be responsible for prescribing pain management medications when necessary and effectively communicating with patients, their families, colleagues, and other healthcare workers. Furthermore, you will be expected to write treatment orders in capital letters, ensure that each treatment sheet is dated, named, and signed, assist consultants during rounds, make discharge summaries, and adhere to on-call and duty rota as per department requirements. Your involvement in Quality Improvement Initiatives and organizational protocols will also be essential.
