Strong Clinical Skills: Expertise in areas such as fetal monitoring, neonatal care, and administering medications.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Compassionate Nature: Ability to provide emotional support and empathy to patients.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and emergency situations.
Proficiency in Electronic Health Records: Ability to use and maintain electronic medical records.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License: Must hold a valid and active RN license.
