Role Overview

We are looking for a female Clinic Manager / Aesthetic Counsellor with prior experience in dermatology or aesthetic clinics. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, and passionate about client care and aesthetics. You will be the face of the clinic — guiding patients, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient counselling for skin and aesthetic treatments
• Explain treatment plans and post-care protocols
• Assist in managing clinic operations and front-desk coordination
• Maintain client records, appointment schedules, and follow-ups
• Liaise with dermatologists and support staff to ensure smooth functioning
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant services where appropriate
• Ensure hygiene protocols and patient care standards are maintained

Requirements

• Female candidate, preferably aged 28–45
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in a dermatology, cosmetic or aesthetic clinics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in client-facing and counselling roles
• Knowledge of laser procedures, and cosmetic treatments
• Organised, proactive, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
