About Stellar Smiles Clinic

Stellar Smiles Clinic is one of South Delhi’s trusted names in modern, ethical, and patient-focused dental care. Led by Dr. Amit Jhuraney (Orthodontist & Implantologist) and a team of specialists, we offer advanced treatments including dental implants, braces & aligners, smile design, root canals, guided biofilm therapy, and full-mouth rehabilitation.

We are now expanding our patient experience and digital presence and looking for a bright, energetic Dental Clinic Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview

This role is perfect for a young university student or recent school graduate seeking hands-on experience in:

• Healthcare administration
• Patient relations
• Digital marketing & content creation
• Clinic operations

You will be the bridge between patients, staff, and our online presence.
No prior clinical experience required, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Experience

• Warmly interact with patients, assist them during their visit, and address minor concerns.
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
• Encourage and assist happy patients to share Google Reviews.

Operations & Admin

• Supervise and coordinate with the receptionist and support staff.
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and daily clinic flow.
• Maintain basic records and help with operational tasks as needed.

Digital Media & Social Presence

• Capture short videos, photos, and behind-the-scenes content at the clinic.
• Assist in planning and posting social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc).
• Work with our marketing consultant to grow online presence.

Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent English speaker (spoken + written)
• Confident communicator with a friendly and warm personality
• Currently studying OR looking for experience (BBA, Psychology, Mass Comm, Marketing, Dentistry, or any field)
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with smartphones, basic video posting, operating Instagram, Canva, etc.
• Organized, punctual, responsible
• Creative eye for social media content (basic video shooting skills appreciated)
