Familiarity with plastics, foams, and textiles used in air distribution systems. Understanding of airflow noise, insulation, and defrost performance. Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, BOM, and release systems. Ability to work with HVAC, Interior, BIW, and NVH teams. Experience with climate chamber testing, airflow measurement, and acoustic tuning.
