You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of impactful programs designed to accelerate climate tech solutions and support ecosystem growth in India and beyond. e Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of programs under Climate Challenges and ElectronVibe. Ensure all program milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met. Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Liaise with startups, corporate partners, funding organizations, and other ecosystem players. Implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure program success and impact. Work closely with startups participating in the programs to understand their needs, provide support, and connect them with relevant opportunities. Manage and guide junior team members or program associates involved in program delivery. Facilitate collaboration across teams to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables.
