ROLE PROFILE REPORT TO : General Manager- EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) FUNCTION : Technical LEVEL/GRADE : Level 7 JOB PURPOSE: Play a key role in supporting the implementation of the company's sustainability goals/initiatives, with a focus on environment, health, and safety (EHS). The person shall be responsible for tracking and reporting on company sustainability indices, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, promoting sustainable practices, driving interventions in the areas of ESG reporting, BRSR requirements, supply-chain management, and fostering a culture of sustainability within stakeholders and providing support to the General Manager EHS. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sustainability Reporting : Track, review and report on sustainability indices as per SOP. Coordinate reporting of data for various ESG rating agencies, BRSR reporting, etc. Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate with factories, departments, and external stakeholders on the company's sustainability agenda, progress, and initiatives. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sustainability performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Regulatory developments: Track regulatory developments in the areas of Sustainability and prepare suitable plan to ensure compliance. Presentation and Reporting : Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to various stakeholders highlighting sustainability performance, progress, and recommendations for improvement. Support Sustainability Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives, projects, and programs across the organization. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the sustainability team, factories, and departments to ensure alignment and progress towards sustainability goals. Documentation: To ensure that proper records as per the guidelines are maintained. Sustainability/ EHS Program : Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing sustainability initiatives and EHS programs. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT: Functional Knowledge: Sustainability Knowledge: Basic understanding of sustainability principles, practices, and standards (e.g., GRI, ISO 26000, ESG reporting, BRSR framework, climate change). Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sustainability performance Develop and implement sustainability strategies and goals. Impart EHS & Sustainability training to employees and promote a sustainable work environment. Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and improve resource efficiency. Project Management: Basic project management skills, with the ability to support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives. Excellent fluency (Written & Spoken) in English. Risk Management Sustainability Awareness Interpersonal Understanding EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : MSC/ BSC/ MA (Mathematics/ Physics/Chemistry/ Computer Sc/ IT/ Economics) / Management qualification in the areas of sustainability, climate change, etc. WORK EXPERIENCE AND RELEVANT INDUSTRY: Experience in the areas of sustainability, environment protection, climate change, etc. Experience in collecting and analyzing data related to sustainability and EHS performance Prepare presentations, reports, representation documents for various forums as per requirements.

Role & responsibilities Lead LEED certification and sustainability consulting projects from initiation to completion. Provide technical expertise on green building certifications (LEED, WELL, IGBC, GRIHA). Conduct energy modeling, carbon footprint assessments, and life cycle analysis (LCA) . Develop and implement sustainable design strategies for buildings and infrastructure projects. Guide clients on regulatory compliance with environmental and sustainability standards. Perform site audits and sustainability performance assessments . Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate sustainable solutions . Prepare and submit LEED documentation and liaise with certification bodies for approvals. Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and sustainability trends. Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients on sustainability initiatives.

Role & responsibilities Work as part of and manage a multidisciplinary team across a range of industries to assist companies in better understanding and developing solutions to respond to the complex and evolving policy, regulatory, and business environment risks and opportunities associated with Corporate Sustainability and ESG. Review/analyse corporate activities and provide recommendations related to enhancing their sustainability/ESG strategy, methods, framework, and related tools to support clients in achieving their sustainability/ ESG objectives. Manage the review and development of sustainability/ESG programs and related reporting, such as materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, metric/KPI identification (in alignment with common sustainability/ESG reporting standards such as GRI), and the preparation of reporting (internal and external) materials. Manage engagement teams performing fieldwork, including project management, client management, review of analysis, work papers and reports and presentations. Manage client relationships, business development efforts, and drafting thought leadership, as well as internal collateral and pieces of training on sustainability and ESG topics; work closely, but independently, under the direction of team leadership. Support clients in their ESG-Decarbonization digital transformation Overall management of projects, ensuring quality and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and manage budgets. Coach junior team members to develop new skills, monitor their performance, support their development and help manage their career growth. Experience in supporting a team in developing, growing, leading, and inspiring strong teams with a relationship-building management style Ability to quickly learn concepts outside of your area of expertise. Preferred candidate profile BE/MTECH/PHD preferably from a reputable university Deep understanding of the global, regional and local ESG/Sustainability and Decarbonization standards Experience with sustainability consulting is required (including sustainability strategy, reporting and impact measurement)
