You are a Wallpaper Sales Specialist with prior experience in the wallpaper or wallcovering industry. Your role at Drapes & Tassels involves driving both B2B and B2C sales for the wallpaper product lines, building relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium retail clients, and conducting site visits and consultations to understand client needs. Your responsibilities also include managing wallpaper catalogues, samples, pricing, and availability, coordinating with vendors for custom prints, deliveries, and quality checks, and contributing to merchandising, training, and marketing initiatives for wallpapers. Additionally, you will report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. To excel in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in the wallpaper industry (Retail or Distribution) and a strong understanding of wallpaper types, installation techniques, and market trends. It is essential to have an established network within the interior design and architect community, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an aesthetic sense aligned with luxury home decor brands. You should be willing to travel within the city for client visits and business development. Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with luxury wallpaper brands or importers, exposure to CRM tools or sales reporting platforms, and team leadership experience for senior roles. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid time off and provident fund. The compensation package includes a performance bonus and yearly bonus.
