The role of Full Stack Developer requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and can go up to 15 years. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting full-stack applications using various technologies. Your mandatory skills should include proficiency in JS, ReactJS, Python, and MSSQL. You should also have knowledge of optimization techniques, hooks, redux middleware, and client-side routing. It is essential to be able to read, understand, and design RESTful JSON-based APIs. Preferred skills for this role include familiarity with VueJS/NodeJS, previous experience in a tech lead or mentorship role, and an understanding of Agile development methodologies. Other requirements for this position include being comfortable working in overlapping hours from 9 PM to 11:30 PM IST. You should have proven competency in developing and supporting full-stack applications with React on the front end and Python on the server-side. Additionally, you should be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively in a team, and have familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating third-party applications is also desired. You should be adept at debugging techniques using tools like Wireshark/Fiddler and Chrome Debug extensions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.,
