As a Technical Lead at our company, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and driving the architecture of modern front-end technologies. Your main responsibilities will include defining and implementing the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for our front-end architecture to ensure scalability, performance, maintainability, and security. You will lead the design and implementation of complex user interfaces using cutting-edge front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js. Additionally, you will establish best practices for front-end development, including code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance optimization. Conducting thorough code reviews, providing feedback, and mentoring team members to promote technical excellence and growth will also be a key part of your role. Collaboration with product managers, UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and AI/ML engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions is essential. In the realm of AI integration and innovation, you will pioneer AI-driven front-end experiences by identifying opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities into the front-end for enhanced user engagement, personalization, predictive interactions, intelligent search, content recommendation, and dynamic UI generation. You will design and implement efficient ways for front-end applications to consume and interact with AI/ML models and leverage AI for A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and predictive analytics to drive continuous improvement in UI/UX design decisions. Furthermore, you will ensure the ethical implementation of AI features, considering data privacy, fairness, and transparency in user-facing applications. It will be crucial to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, particularly as they pertain to front-end development, in order to continuously improve our development stack. In terms of team leadership and mentorship, you will lead, inspire, and empower a team of front-end engineers to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to help them develop their skills and careers will be an integral part of your role.,
