The responsibilities for this role include managing and supporting client accounts for their e-commerce business needs, product listing and cataloging on ecommerce platforms, handling promotions, campaign planning, and offer setup, processing and managing labels and shipments, conducting one-on-one client calls and providing regular updates, tracking performance metrics and preparing detailed reports, ensuring a smooth client experience, and handling queries efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a basic understanding of online marketplaces and tools, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, be self-motivated and proactive with a client-first approach. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and performance bonus. The work location is in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.,
