As a Workspace Architect at Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services, you will have the opportunity to work with customers in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; Pune, Maharashtra, India; Gurugram, Haryana, India, to deliver technical guidance and support in deploying and adopting Google Workspace. You will leverage your expertise in workspace technologies and client-facing projects to assist customers in transforming their business through collaboration and productivity solutions. Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience deploying workspace or similar technologies for customers. - 3 years of experience in languages such as App Script, Java, Python, Terraform, or similar. - Experience in client-facing projects and troubleshooting with cross-functional stakeholders. - Experience in deploying or managing Cloud productivity solutions at an enterprise level. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing and working with external partners/customers. - Experience in deploying workspace for enterprise customers with a large number of users. - Experience in delivering solutions that meet compliance and regulatory requirements. - Knowledge of IT security practices such as identity and access management, security, data protection, encryption, and key management. - Familiarity with mail, networking, security, IAM, DLP, and integration concepts. - Ability to adapt best practices into reusable delivery methodologies based on field experience. You will collaborate with customers to leverage Google's infrastructure and software to transform their businesses and connect with stakeholders. As a Workspace Architect, you will lead professional services engagements to deliver technical guidance and support for Google Workspace deployment and adoption. Responsibilities: - Design technical architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations for customers. - Provide technical advisory and troubleshooting support to resolve technical issues. - Implement and advise customer leadership teams on deploying and managing Google Workspace services. - Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance product excellence. - Develop partner capabilities in managing Workspace services for customers.
