As a Subscription Specialist at NetCom Learning, your key role within the Customer Success division is to drive subscription-based revenue growth. You will focus on reactivating and expanding existing accounts by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers. Your efforts will ensure that clients select the most suitable training solutions from NetCom's offerings, contributing significantly to consistent and long-term subscription sales success. Responsibilities include driving subscription growth by reactivating and expanding sales within your assigned account portfolio. You will engage with key decision-makers, such as C-suite executives, to build relationships and identify opportunities. Managing the sales pipeline effectively is crucial, as you will need to maintain a strong, active pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecast sales, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota targets. Reporting and forecasting are also essential, requiring you to produce clear, timely, and accurate sales forecasts to keep senior management informed of your pipeline status and opportunities. Furthermore, staying informed about NetCom's offerings and emerging IT training trends will enable you to align solutions with evolving client needs. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as Marketing, Operations, and Product teams, is key to delivering cohesive solutions that drive customer success. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and proven experience in an Account Management role, preferably in the IT Training Industry. Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding a quota of $1 Million+, accurate forecasting, and achieving sales commitments is essential. A strong understanding of IT training technologies and trends, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a Sales POD Model are required. Your results-driven mindset, strategic thinking abilities, commitment to addressing client needs, and collaborative nature in a fast-paced, data-driven environment will contribute to your success as a Subscription Specialist at NetCom Learning.
