Proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills (as this role involves a US client), and working experience in US GAAP/IFRS are preferred. This is a pivotal executive role that blends consultative sales leadership, complex deal architecture, and operational excellence in onboarding new clients and capabilities. You will lead a Hub-and-Spoke solutioning team , collaborate closely with Business Development, Client Partners, Delivery, and Capability Leaders, and ensure we consistently deliver innovative, competitive, and profitable solutions to clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities Solutioning & Solution Selling Lead cross-capability solution design for new and existing insurance clients (Property & Casualty, reinsurance, brokers, MGAs). Develop and manage an enterprise-wide solutioning framework – processes, tools, and templates to support every stage of the sales cycle. Collaborate with Client Partners, Business Development, and Delivery teams to create winning proposals with competitive pricing and margin optimization. Coach and develop high-performance solutioning and transition teams. Required Experience & Skills 20+ years in the insurance sector, with a strong focus on Property & Casualty. Proven leadership in global solutioning, solution selling, and client transitions . Deep understanding of insurance operations and processes; CPCU, CIC, or equivalent preferred.
