As a Sales Promoter, you will play a crucial role in the marketing and selling of our products at various retail outlets, including Modern Bazaar Super Marts. Your proactive and energetic approach will be essential in engaging with customers, promoting our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Product Promotion & Tasting: - Conduct product tasting experiences at Modern Bazaar Super Marts to increase awareness and drive sales. Customer Engagement: - Communicate product benefits, address customer queries, and establish strong relationships with shoppers. Participation in Exhibitions: - Represent our company at local expos and promotional events, interact with visitors, and gather feedback. Store Merchandising & Stock Management: - Travel to different stores as a merchandiser, maintain proper stock display, adhere to planograms, and monitor stock levels. Client Testimonials & Feedback: - Collect customer reviews and testimonials to enhance our offerings based on valuable insights. Order Processing: - Support in issuing Purchase Orders, follow up with clients, and coordinate deliveries effectively. PR & Relationship Building: - Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth cooperation and facilitate promotional activities. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include commuter assistance and a performance bonus. The work schedule may involve day shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts. Preference is given to candidates who can reliably commute to Noida, Uttar Pradesh or plan to relocate. A bike license is preferred for this role. The work location is in person.
