Client Technology Advisor - Integration

As a Client Technology Advisor (CTA) specializing in Middleware & Integration at our client's organization, you will be instrumental in architecting domain-specific solutions to tackle complex customer challenges. Your role as a bridge between business requirements and technical innovation will involve collaborating closely with clients to comprehend their pain points and develop customized, scalable solutions, particularly focusing on Middleware & Integration platforms like Mulesoft, TIBCO, and WSO2, as well as cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Your position as a trusted advisor will entail partnering with senior IT and business leaders to define solution strategies that align with their digital transformation objectives. You will be crucial in formulating and presenting high-level designs, creating cost models, and leading bid efforts to showcase our client's capability to deliver value, performance, and innovation. Your core responsibilities encompass the development of architectural frameworks, assistance in contract negotiations, and the ownership of end-to-end solution documentation and engagement transition. Leveraging your profound understanding of API frameworks, integration architecture, and enterprise-grade applications, you will steer efforts towards modernization and establish secure, event-driven, and service-oriented architectures. Key Responsibilities: - Designing technical solutions related to middleware, integration, and cloud transformation. - Taking charge of solution development, cost estimation, and client presentations throughout the pre-sales phase to signature. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, create proposals, and present compelling Proof of Concepts (PoCs). - Translating business needs into high-level architecture that is in line with industry trends. - Supporting go-to-market strategies by offering distinctive and reusable solution assets. Who You Are: With 10-12 years of IT experience, including 3-4 years as an Application Architect specializing in Middleware & Integration, you possess excellent communication and consultative selling skills. Your growth mindset and customer-centric approach, combined with your ability to work effectively across teams in fast-paced, complex environments, set you apart. Required Skills: - Profound technical proficiency in Mulesoft, TIBCO, WSO2, and relevant cloud services. - Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), event-driven architectures, and API gateway frameworks. - Strong hands-on knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise integration patterns. - Demonstrated capability to lead technical engagements, deliver solution documentation, and drive positive client outcomes. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, architectural best practices, and pre-sales processes.
